Hello 2010

As I look back on 2009 my first thought is thank heavens it is a new year. The last half of the year has been the most emotionally draining time of my life. There indeed were some wonderful, good times but they were often overshadowed by other things. Let's just say that 2010 certainly has a low spot to start from. I might say how could it be any worse...but, no thank you. I will not tempt Karma like that and give her the opportunity to come in.

I have an aunt who on Facebook declared that she was going to meet someone new this year...herself. What a wonderful concept. I think we could all stand to get to know ourselves just a bit better.

I was happy to see 2009 go; even though it was a really rough year, I know that I have grown from it. So...Hello 2010! Let the fun begin!
